CACI Selected to Strengthen and Modernize Technology Architectures for U.S. Space Force Guardians

RESTON, Va., August 17, 2026 - CACI International has secured a new contract with the U.S. Space Force to deliver technology upgrades aimed at defending national interests against emerging adversarial threats. The company announced the selection today, marking a significant step in modernizing the infrastructure used to prepare Guardians for real-world operations.

The work will be performed under the National Space Test and Training Complex Innovative Technology and Engineering Space Test and Range contract, known as NITE-STAR. Under this agreement, CACI will focus on strengthening and updating the test and training architectures that support realistic mission execution. The goal is to provide the Space Force with the tools needed to simulate complex scenarios and validate new capabilities before they are deployed.

This initiative is designed to address the growing need for resilient and adaptable space systems. By enhancing the digital backbone of the test and training environment, CACI aims to help the Space Force maintain a strategic advantage. The company will bring its expertise in advanced technology integration to ensure that the systems are not only modern but also capable of evolving with future threats.

The contract underscores the continued partnership between CACI and the Department of Defense in supporting critical space operations. Specific terms of the award were not disclosed. The company stated that work will begin immediately to support the Space Force's mission priorities.
