Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, an independent investment bank and financial advisory firm, has named Brian Thom as a Managing Director within its technology group. The appointment is part of the firm's ongoing effort to deepen its expertise in the technology sector and expand its advisory services for mid-market companies.
Thom brings more than two decades of experience in investment banking, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory for technology and software businesses. His background includes working with companies across cloud computing, enterprise software, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
